Jason’s recent construction law experience includes matters involving construction defects, Prompt Payment Act claims, lien foreclosure, payment and performance bond claims, Purchaser Dwelling Act claims, and breach of contract. He has represented contractors and suppliers in Arizona Registrar of Contractors hearings involving non-payment complaints, workmanship complaints, and contractor’s license issues.
Before entering the practice of law in 2015, Jason Clark served as a law clerk to Arizona Court of Appeals Judge Kenton D. Jones.
In his free time, Jason plays golf and enjoys spending time with his wife and their two young children.
